Our Gardening Programme is growing. We have been given another garden at Addington Hospital where we will continue planting crops and flowers.

 It has been over 135 days since the lockdown journey began, and we have seen the world evolve in different ways. Many of us have lost our loved ones due to COVID-19, some are in hospitals, not sure what tomorrow will hold,  and some have lost jobs, but we are still trying to make ends meet in these trying times. As an organisation that seeks to spread love and care worldwide during this period, we send our condolences to those who lost their loved ones, well warm wishes to those in hospitals recovering and sympathies with those who lost their jobs. We also advise the whole country to brace as COVID-19 cases rise in South Africa. As said by many, it gets worse before it gets better. We hope and pray that it will get better soon. For more than 135 days, we have gone around KwaZulu-Natal province, although much of our work can be traced in Durban. Sile2okhule position and views on Corona Virus Diseases (COVID-19)

The organization has not yet experienced any cases of Corona Virus Diseases (COVID-19) among our volunteers and staff but it acknowledges the outbreak of the COVID-19. We have been monitoring local and international cases and the spread of COVID-19 has been uncontrollable globally and locally. However, further precautionary measures have to be taken to protect the community from further spread of the virus. The health, well-being and safety of our members and community is very important and we are planning on taking serious actions to help in containing the virus. At 20:00hrs on 15 th of March 2020 the President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa, announced that the groups of 100 people have been prohibited. Our organization assists over 200 people a day hence which exceeds the prohibited number of people.
